Hi Gina - You need to see a radiologist, rather than a surgeon. The radiologist will recommend what kind of biopsy to have. I suspect, since your cancer appears tiny, that you'll have a needle biopsy - where a needle is inserted into the area of question in your breast, and cells withdrawn that way. Anywway, I'd expect your doctor would set you up with the correct person to perform this procedure. Best of luck to you - PJH
