Two days ago my boyfriend and I were making out for the first time and he ended up pinching and sucking my boobs a couple of times. When he was done sucking he noticed that my nipples were red. Ever since then I have been experiencing soreness and kind of a burning sensation in my nipples and the redness is still there. Also I noticed small black dots on the edges of my nipples. Is the soreness and bleeding normal? Is there any risk of infections if my boyfriend nibbled/bit my nipples slightly? Is there something I can do to ease the burning and the bleeding? What are the black spots? Are these things something to worry about? Its been three days since and my soreness is still not gone. I also just started my period. Please Help !
