Kim, smoking isn't good for you. Period. End of thought. Does it cause moles? Probably not. Is it related to skin cancr? I don't know. Sounds like something to ask your doctor. This is a breast cancer site, and we're not well-versed in all kinds of cancer... Good luck - PJH
