Depending on where the lump is located, you might be able to feel it. It would also depend on how big the implants are and whether they are under your chest muscle. If you beleive you feel something, then I would suggest having a doctor look at it, so you can be referred out for a mammogram or ct scan, which would be more reliable. Good luck! Angi
