Hi - OK, take a deeeeeep breath, and relax: blue veins on your breasts do NOT signal breast cancer, or put you at risk for breast cancer. Why did they suddenly appear? You're 15 years old, and going through puberty. Your breasts are growing and changing, responding to the abundance of hormones in your body. They may develop lumps; appear to stop growing (or even reach a point and really do stop); they may look different, they may grow at different rates... all OK.

It's good that you're aware of your breasts and these changes that are happening. As you get older, it's important to notice changes, and to report them to your doctor. But at your age, change is natural; it's simply a part of becoming a woman. OK? Do you feel better? Smile PJH
