Q: Please explain T1A NO - results after double masectomy

Hi - I think you'll find our Guide to Understanding your Pathology Report very useful in interpreting the confusion language. T1 would be the tumor size is under 2cm; not sure what the "a" signifies. N0 means there's no spread to the lymph nodes. Hope this helps - PJH
