Skin Cancer to be removed on arm,same side as Mastectomy & removal lymph nodes! Lymphedema?

I thought I was almost finished with active treatment for Breast Cancer-Mastectomy 6 months ago. Still dealing with it emotionally. I have had my operation, margins clear, just finished a 8 week radiation course People ask me Do you have breast cancer ...... My answer now is no i used to have breast cancer and that gets me through the day
