Mental Toughness!

After being an athlete my whole life as well as coaching for many years,  I have been taught the importance of mental toughness.  When I began my journey through breast cancer 9 months ago, I finally learned the importance of mental toughness!  It is measured in one's spirit and soul rather than their muscles!
