Running after biopsy and lumpectomy

i used to run 3 miles, 5 days a week.  I run outdoors, in a park close to home.  My biopsy was october 12.  I haven't run since then. Hi, my name is Debbie and I have recently been diagnosis with multifocal ductal carcinoma in-situ, nuclear grade 3, solid, cribriform, and comedo. I'm not sure what all this means the grade and the comedo.  I'm not sure if I should go with radiation or mastectomy? What is the Survival rate on either one? I have questions... Lump/Bump on outside of Reconstructed Breast
