Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use, especially of:
- "blood thinners" (e.g., warfarin)
- "water pills" (diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide)
- drugs affecting liver enzymes that remove toremifene from your body (e.g., certain anti-seizure medications such as carbamazepine/clonazepam/phenobarbital/phenytoin, rifampin)
