Just a brief update on my blog from last week . . . I met my deadline late last Friday and by Sunday my gut was much happier and pretty much back to normal. I had continued to eat my bland diet and worked in some yoga and meditation at least every other day, if not every day. This week I've gone back to eating normally (at least to my version of "normal"), having pretty normal bm's, getting more and better sleep, and ultimately feeling more energetic.
