Arimidex Vs Tamoxifen
The breast cancer medication Arimidex beats tamoxifen when it comes to preventing recurrences of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women, a new study suggests. Researchers say Arimidex improved disease-free survival by 15 percent compared with tamoxifen. And the medication continued to work even three years after stopping therapy.
