October 8: Don’t forget to schedule your annual mammogram. Register on-line with the American Cancer Society’s free mammogram reminder service. Each year, you will receive an e-mail reminding you to make your appointment. Mammograms are recommended for women age 40 and older and for women younger than 40 who have a family history of breast cancer.
