Supervised exercise may ease chemo-related fatigue

Supervised exercise sessions for chemo patients can lessen fatigue and improve emotional well-being, a study has found. The study of 269 cancer patients found that those who went through supervised cardio, resistance, and relaxation sessions experienced less fatigue than patients who did not exercise.   Read full story >
