Pfizer: Sutent Fails Breast Cancer Trial

Drugmaker Pfizer says that the drug Sutent did not meet expectations in two late-stage trials for advanced breast cancer. The studies paired the drugs with traditional chemotherapy to see if the addition of Sutent would be helpful, but patients taking the combination did not fare better than those getting chemotherapy alone.
