    Dear Sam,

    you didn't mention how you rated Rod for his care for your father. but if he is doing a great job, I will say he deserve a raise and some day off. not only you helping your dad you are helping your brother too. remember caregiving is a hard job and no life. that why only few people want this job. Maybe the rest of the sibling could pitch in just a day for rod dayoff, one sibling a week so they could experience how to take care of your dad and if Rod really deserve a raise. GOOD LUCK!!!!
