If my mom were here today I wouldn't do too much differently than I ever did on Mother's Day but I would do the things I did more intently and with greater deliberateness and add some things:

What a powerful list. My mom died in 2004, and just reading this list brought tears to my eyes. It is sad that we don't know what we have in a parent until they are gone. I would love to thank my mom much the way you did. A hug, especially, would feel great.
