About Me
I am a 51 yr old female that was involved in a serious accident at work, I was then retired on disability, I have since developed fibromyalgia, I have bad depression, intense anxiety and sleep problems. Because of my disability I have gained weight, in which would love to be able to lose some, its hard to exercise due to the pain, but I try to keep moving.
