Drinking distilled/deionized water

Is drinking distilled or deionized water bad for one's health? I've heard rumors that this kind of water leaches minerals from the body. I started drinking purified water several years ago, bow I'm told I have osteopenia and wated to know if the water could be depleting my calcium reserve.

help for sundowning

Hi, I'm Dinah.  Does anyone have any suggestions for helping seniors with sundowning?  I've tried medications, reasoning, yelling, changing mealtimes and bedtimes.  Have you had any success?  Please share.  Thanks.
