I'm TAG, and I need help to care for my beautiful wife. I'm freaking out inside!!

My wife had a hemmorraghic stroke on 10/13/08. She was in the hospital for 2 months and was released from rehab on 1/14/09. I am now trying to work from home, care for her (PT, vital monitring, medication dispensing). I also am in charge of our two teenagers BIanca 17, and Chase 14.
