We can not afford someone to come in 24 hours. I need some one to tell me how we can take care of my mom.
We need some guidiance for my father n law.

Have you checked within your local community for volunteer or government supported services. You might want to contact your local Department of Aging, which can point you in the direction of resources.
Medicare does sometimes cover in-home nursing care. To find out if your mother-in-law is convered go to: http://www.medicare.gov/coverage/Home.asp. In the Select Search Criteria box select your state from the pulldown menu and then scroll down to Home Health Care or Hospice Care.
