i need health insurance and im disabled to work but cant get social security

i can not work because i have degenerative arthritis affecting 4 disks in my lumbar and 3 disks in my neck i suffer with chronic pain every day i am forced to take 4 different pain meds which leaves me very confused i cant draw my ssi because i didnt have enough credits before geting sick i have...
