I was perscribed oxycontin years ago and need to stop. I feel this drug is killing me.

I am very hooked on oxycontin and really would like to stop taking it and live with pain, however the withdrawals from this drug are horrendous. I need to stay home through the withdrawal process. Has anyone been able to go off of them without going to a treatment center. I take...
