My wife has Panic disorder with Agoraphobia, Irritability Anxiety, Anticipatory Anxiety, ADHD and Depression. She has had some recent experiences set her back in her recovery. She feels as if she's almost back to step 1 again. She wants us to make a recovery program (which should include diet, exercise, daily hygiene routine, mental exercizes, online session maintance, insurance look ups, prescription plan look ups, other support look ups, nutrition plans/programs, medication "reports", etc). She's so sick that she has no appetite at all - she hardly ever eats. I think I'm going to have to buy her Pedialyte or something. She barely drinks enough liquids. Her sleep schedule is completely off - we once had a schedule, a routine of waking up, showering, eating, etc. but now...she stays up extremely late, until 1, 2 sometime 3 am. Its not that she's "keeping active" - she seriously cannot sleep. How can I help her, keep my own issues handled or atleast at bay, and maintain a positive caregiver support?
