HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO HAVE SCAR TISSUE REMOVED OFF A FINGER AT A NAIL BASE?

SMASHED A FINGER AT BASE NOW IT HAS BULGE OF BUILD UP OF SCAR TISSUE AT THE BOTTOM BASE OF MY FINGERNAIL AREA SO MY ONE FINGER IS BIGGER THAN THE OTHER "UGLY".HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO HAVE THE SCAR TISSUE REMOVED TO REDUCE IT TO REGULAR SIZE??????
