Regarding Caregiving Payments etc Laws

My mom is very ill with cancer and i have been taking care of her i am 46 and live with my my mom i also work full time. I know i can apply for uneployment for 3mon and they will pay me but after that i may not have my job back is there any other services i can look into i really want to stay home with my mom.     thank you anna
