One woman wants to know if taking the over-the-counter diet pill
Alli will harm her breastmilk or her baby. Pediatrician Dr. Claire

fat-blocker, and since some vitamins are fat soluble--meaning the
body has to ingest fat in order to digest the vitamins--it could be
possible that the breastmilk may not contain vital nutrients. Also,
McCarthy notes, the fat-blocker could be passed on to the child,
which is dangerous since babies need fat in their diet for growth
and brain development.
