Just had my physical for this year....not good. Last year cholesterol was at 216 A little high, but nothing like what I was told this year. Triglycerides at 586 cholesterol at 287 HDL at 42. Dr put me on Tricor 145mg. Unfortunatly I am over weight. 5'1 168lb (Belly fat, was skinny all my life. Untillmy late 30's.)Have family history and I am now 45yr. Dr says no carbs no fats excersize. Help how do I get rid of this stuff
