I am 70 years old and had a bypass Xmass week of 1979. This coming Xmass I will begin my 18th year without drugs of any kind and a cholesterol in the high 220's. My surgeon at the time said I probably grew up with it in the 400 range. I drastically changed my lifestyle and diet since then. . The only thing I take is half and aspirin daily and do not intent to go on drugs ( which has been against the wishes of my past 3 Docs.)Am interested in anyone who has done the same thing

Thanks for the welcome I will check them out. I am a believer that diet and the mini trampoline has done it for me.As of the 11th of this month my cholesterol is down to 214 ......TC/HDL 3.3 (non fast test). The two prior tests I saw my trigs drastically reduced. I believe it was due to the trampoline. Check out the following: wellbeingjournal.com/NaturallyReverse.htm

ps..I bought three trampolines for less than 5 bucks apiece at yard sales...sure beats what I would of had to spend on drugs for 17 years
