How good/bad are my cholestrol readings?

In the last few years, my cholestrol reading was always below 200, HDL in the 55 range, and ldl fluctuating between 100-120, triglycerids always normal. Now, it has been 1.4 years since my last cholestrol check and the numbers are

208 total

LDL 146

HDL 56

Triglycerides 28

Why did it go up so much? I have not gained weight, I am always active (but not exercising), and I have not changed my food habits.

How good/bad are my readings?
