Recently I read a study that said zocor reduced the occurance of alzheimers, dementia, and parkinsons by app 45% and Lipitor by only 10%Two days later, I read a study that said changing from Liptor to Zocor

increased your chance of having a heart attack or stroke by 33%.

What is the better choice and why?

Thank you
