Read Dr. Esselstyn's book on heart disease and reversing blocked arteries.  He says not one drop of oil!  I have followed his book for 2 years and lost 35 lbs and feel great.  I have one heart stent and don't plan on more, you have to change your diet if you want to live.  A movie called "Forks over Knives" just came out and will save your life if you watch it.

It is a myth that saturated fat is bad for you, prior to 1940 when people ate animal fats heart disease and cancer was uncommon, with the introduction of margarine and vegetable oils heart disease rocketed, look at the French Paradox, where three times the quantity of saturated fat is consumed compared to americans, yet they dont get obese or suffer from heart problems (no it's not red wine) saturated fat is good, and that is what is in our bodies too so how come its bad.
