Thanks so much Lisa for a great post - Part 1 helped alot too!  I have to admit the around the house tips and the childcare tips have been helpful.  However, I have started to workout in a small gym and am walking in the neighborhood as well.  For some reason, this seems to work better for moe.  However I do plan on trying to be more attentive to how I pick up the kids and do things around the house.
