I personally was able to both lower my caloric intake and raise my met rate by following the following routine:  I ate small measured portions or snacks throughout the day.  Specifically I ate 200 to 250 calories every 2 hours.  By doing this I was attempting to trick my body into keeping my met rate high while measuring and restricting overall caloric intake.  At the end of a typical day I would eat 8 times but my caloric intake would only reach about 1600 to 2000 total calories per day.  I estimate that this was one third the number of calories in a typical day for me and I went from 250 lbs to 198 in about five months time.  I have since relaxed my very strict measuring and planning of meals and have bounced back to about 210.  I am very comfortable at this weight and have stayed here for three years.

Stop dieting; keep track of everything that you eat each day.  No one wants to be overweight!  Secret information will help you to get the body that you want.  Are you skeptical?  The following is a tidbit to help you.  Each day keep your body properly hydrated with plain drinking water and definitely limit your sodium intake.    The most difficult thing to be able to control to keep your weight in check is mindless grazing.  It is not always easy to do, but eat to live don't live to eat.  Some type of daily regimen is needed by everyone; but do not diet, your body needs nourishment.  Diets and diet aids do not help anyone!  The only way to successfully lose weight and get the body that you deserve is by using secret information.  This information is in the book Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps which can be ordered through the website www.bbotw.com  Everyone who has gotten a copy of these secrets has lost weight and become healthier.
