Milk building muscles and what else is it doing?

By HHNPM Wednesday, August 08, 2007

Milk with hormones and steroids do a great job at building muscle.

Just ask the pharmaceutical companies about steroids that they supply to the majority of Dairy's in the world.

The athletes who choose to use steroids can tell of the growth their muscles with steroid use.

Look at small girls who have breast before they are 10. To say milk has not effected the hormones and growth of the human body is just ignorant. So if todays milk builds muscle what else is it doing? I believe the best milk is pure organic milk, if choosing to drink milk.

Hello,

Thanks for your post.

We don't have any specific information about the presence of hormones and steroids in food, but perhpas you'd be interested in our Low Cholesterol Diet section.

I hope you find this useful.

Best,

Katherine

Studies have shown that total dietary fat, as well as actual exess body fat are the major factors in early puberty.  I have heard rumors that it is the background radiation from nuclear tests increasing the levels of Strontium 90, but am I going to believe it without a scientific test?  Even males who have extreme excess body sometimes produce enough excess estrogen to develop  breasts *gynomastica".  If girls wish to avoid early puberty, they should cut down on total calories , as well as fatty foods, including whole milk.
