What is Isagenix?

By Tony Ruiz Monday, June 25, 2007
This product is being marketed as "all things to all men" in several forms and cannot in my wildest imagination how it can be all it claims to be and yet not be on the foreground of world events. It supposedly takes care of bad diets, overweight, cholesterol, is a cleanser (Dr Dean's talked about their worthlessness), and much more. How can this be all they claim...or maybe it isn't? I'd love to hear from others about this important vs unimportant development in the world of health and wellness.

Hi Tony...Yes, I've used it and quit after 9 days. Not only did I find it foul tasting, but it upset my gastrointestinal tract which took several days to rght itself once I quit. I also have a friend who used it for a longer period who had similar upset and also quit using it.

However, to be fair, the person who introduced me to it, got marvelous results in weight loss and looked years younger.

I can't judge the health benefits as I couldn't stay on it very long; however, I agree with you: Judging by my expereince and my friend's, it just isn't "all things to al men". Besides, if one is insistent on cleansing, there are many "cleanses" at any health store at one-tenth the price.

My wife and I have used Isagenix for one year now. Not for weight loss but because we feel much better. I lost 15 pounds on the 9 day program and ate on clensing days. My wife is down to a size 2. We really do not clense regularly but do take the vitamins, and anit-oxidents, and ionix supreme and drink the shake every day. It has completly changed what and how much we eat......Rusty...

My husband started Isagenix 5 months ago and LOVES it! He has had wonderful results and is SO excited about losing his 55 lbs.  I am a HUGE sceptic and still researching the ingrediants, results, clinical tests, etc.  So far I haven't found much against the system.  Many more positive results than negative. (There are some people it just may not be for.  Usually the ones that have particular allergies or lack of will power.)  I will be attending Isagenix University next month.  I'll post what I learn about it...

I am on it now and its great. Four people I know had fabulous results. The shakes are great - taste delicious and the suppliments stop sugar highs and lows. My cravings for junk food have gone down as well. A former Colleage lost 125 lbs in 6 months; another, 33 lbs his first month. I will let you know at the end of my 30 day cleanse. Overall - top notch Organic stuff.
