Hi everybody. My wife and I live in the great red state of Texas. I am doing what I can to slow the rapid advancement of chronic diseases we are facing today. I fully believe in a lifestyle containing moderate exercise, healthy eating, and supplementing to ensure you get the required nutrients on a daily basis. I believe that only you have the power to take charge of your health. Your health is your most important asset. Without it, no amount of money or government intervention (interference) will be able to help you. It is far easier to prevent than it is to fix.
