    Becky:

Congratulations on the weight loss! I understand that you must be frustrated by your high triglyceride levels despite your dietary changes, consistent exercise patterns and daily medications. I just forwarded your inquiry to THCN's medical expert. In the meantime, I would maybe suggest that you consult our low cholesterol diets webpage at http://www.healthcentral.com/heart-disease/cholesterol-000023_7-145.html. You might learn about new recommended low-cholesterol food options and i would even recommend that you check out foodfit.com for zesty, fresh and most importantly, healthy recipes.

If you find that none of these additional dietary changes help lowel your high triglyceride levels, I might recommend you consult your physician for additional help.

    Hope this is helpful,
    BrendanS
