I have high triglycerides & cholesterol, I also have type 2 diabetes all that I inherited from my Mother. My problem is I have been taking the necessary changes in diet, lost 10 pounds, taking medicine as prescribed and take 2 Omega capsules every day, take a low dose asprin, I also walk at least 30 minutes every day when weather permits.

As, of my last report my triglycerides were still way up while everything else was in a high normal range. What can I do now? Can somehthing else be causing my problem?
