My diet was 2 eggs most mornings, all meat, all dairy, no fruit and little veggies. My cholesterol and triglycerides were high. For 5 months, I cut out all dairy ate 3 ounces of meat a day and ate fruits and veggies, grains and ate, what I researched, that would lower cholesterol. After the 5 months, my cholesterol went down 2 points and my triglycerides went up 100 points and no one seems to know why. Do you?
