Thanks so much for this information.  I guess we are to assume that the caffeine from 3-4 cups of tea each day will not have a negative impact on our health in some way? Does anyone have any feedback on this thought?  Let us know by posting a reply here.

    All the best sue

I drink a lot of black tea w/o milk or sugar and also green tea and white tea.

Black tea has about half as much caffeine as coffee and green and white even less.

Right now,I'm drinking Yorkshire Red Tea-very tasty....!

I usually swill down black tea  and the Yorkshire REd in the AM and Green and White in the PM.

Tea is great. I can't take too much coffee because of the acids raising Cain w/ my stomach.

    Tea is a health elixir.

    Enjoy!!!
