First thing is you really must check with your doctor regarding the leg control symptom. This is something I cannot comment on directly and regardless would recommend speaking to your physician right away.
As for the kind of food that can help to lower choleserol, see our Low Cholesterol Diet Section - it has lots for you to read and learn about.
As well there are other Lifestyle Changes that might help with your high cholesterol.

Hi, I have high cholesterol ...and I have question. Sometimes when I walk I can't control my legs... is it because of the high cholesterol? ...also the carbohydrate is high so what kind food helps to l...
