My current TC=360; Triglycerides - 549; LDL - 199; HDL -41.
15 years ago my TC was 330.
How much plaque would have been deposited by now? Is there a way to identify where it is causing problems?
My diet could be better. My BMI is 29 so I could some weight. I have regular exercise - workout in gym 3 days/week. Go hiking/kayaking/rock climbing, etc - on weekends.
Not taking medications right now. Should I?


Thanks so much for your post Tunis. Great to have you with our community. It would be difficult for us to determine whether medication is necessary. Only a doctor after evaluation and medical exam would be able to do that.
