      <title>Reducing cholesterol/LDL/triglycerides &amp; Increasing HDL</title>
      <description>My current TC=360; Triglycerides - 549; LDL - 199; HDL -41.
&amp;nbsp;
15 years ago my TC was 330.
&amp;nbsp;
How much plaque would have been deposited by now? Is there a way to identify where it is causing problems?
&amp;nbsp;
My diet could be better. My BMI is 29 so I could some weight. I have regular exercise - workout in gym 3 days/week. Go hiking/kayaking/rock climbing, etc - on weekends.
&amp;nbsp;
Not taking medications right now. Should I?</description>
