    Very  good article Dr. Davis

In fact, the whole anti saturated fat nonsense was started by one fanatical misguided man named Ancel Keys who had false ideas.

He deliberatelt omitted data in his Seven Countries Study because it contradicted his false idea .

There are 18 clinical dietary intervention trials to date NONE show any support at all to the idea that saturaed fat causes  and increase in CHD  mortality or incidence.

Also The ENHANCE trial is hardly alone in shwqoing the Cholesterol Theory is unfounded nonsense.

Cholesterol lowering has repeatedly been shjown to be useless and potentially harmful Look at the LRC-CPPT it showed a 0.04% ABSOLUTE CHD mortality risk reduction . Not supportive at all of the Cholesterol Theory

    Look at Framingham  Heart Study

"11 % overall and 14 % CVD death rate INCREASE per 1 mg/dL DROP in cholesterol

"For every 1mg/dL reduction in cholesterol levels during the first 14 years fo the Framingham Heart Study there was an 11 % INCREASE in overall mortality and an 14 % INCREASE in cardiovascular mortality during the subsquent  18 years  "

Look at the J-LIT trial A TO Z and so on.

The Lipid Hypothesis has repeatedly been shown to be incorrect.

This video animation shows how cholesterol behaves in the blood stream. Cholesterol is a soft, fat-like, waxy substance found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells.
