I found an article on CholesterolNetwork.com in March 2008:Drop your cholesterol like a stone--naturally!! by Dr. William Davis, dated October 10, 2007, and it was TERRIFIC!!!  My cholesterol has been STEADILY DROPPING since I eliminated wheat from my diet.

Now I want to recommend the article to a couple of friends, and I can't find it.  What's up?  Can anybody help?

Hi Evelyn,

I'm so glad you found success with Dr. Davis' wheat-free diet. Please find the article "Drop Your Cholesterol Like a Stone--Naturally!" here. Enjoy!

The article stated that green vegetables are better than grains in managing cholesterol. However, there are many of us who are limited in what and how much green vegetables we may eat. I am on Coumadin - for life - and this suggestion is not helpful to someone like me. I personally am sick and tired of these standardized answers that cater to "normal" people. Try being more creative and helpful in your answers.
