I was wondering if you would comment on the supplements that are out there that incorporate  MK-7. A warning is posted on the supplement  also if you take coumadin or any other blood thinners not to take it. Can you take this supplement if you are on an aspirin a day. I feel my husband would benefit from this supplement but he takes an aspirin a day.

In Rotterdam study total risk was reduced for only 1,19% (CHD mortality in low K2 intake group was 41/1578, 2.59%, while in high K2 intake group it was 23/1624, 1.4%). When you compare 1.4% with 2.59% you get relative risk, which means basically nothing spectacular
