    Hello Melanie,

     

    You are absolutely right.  I was one of those people who never looked at the food labels and ignored them for a long time.

     

    It's funny when something happens to you, there is now no choice but to learn about food labelling.  It is a plus for me because I learned what I was putting into my body.  Fats, Cholesterol levels, vitamins, calories, serving, etc. 

     

    Food labels has helped me tremendously and wanted to convey my thoughts on how important it is to "read the food labels".
