I have been struggling with high cholesterol for a while now. I am trying to find a diet that will teach me what to eat and lose weight at the same time.
I have added illnesses which is high blood pressure and thyroid disease. I find it difficult to find a diet that will center also on acid reflux. I am not a pill popper per say. I do take the medications that are prescribed by my doctor, but why can't we just center on the proper things like:
* losing weight which will reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
* choosing foods that will not agitate acid reflux.
* exercising and choosing the right moves for keeping in shape.
I want to spend the year of 2008 to center on health and exercise. I want to eventually, or possibly reduce a few of my medications and try the alternative way.
