My breakfast receipe:
8 oz. of egg beaters
1/2 onion
2 large mushrooms
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of non fat sour cream
1/2 large red pepper
2 slices of tomato.
I tablespoon of nonfat cream cheese.
Mix eggs and garlic with sourcream.
Fry all other veggies in olive oil until soft.
Then add egg mixture. Add the cream cheese while cooking.
